History

The history of Helper Plus Project began in 1991, when a new medical preparation was created by the Group of Russian researchers, lead by Dr. Boris Petrov, in cooperation with the Limited Liability Partnership "Severnaya Pchela". This new medical preparation or, more precisely, the method of influencing a biological object was named "WN" - Water's Nature. WN increases the thermal conductivity of water and other liquids in biological objects. The change of the thermal conductivity of tissues, can be clearly seen on the thermovision monitor where it is reflected by the changes in the degree of the picture's contrast. WN influences viruses in the following way: since the viruses are biological objects that are extremely small in size, they are particularly sensitive to the changes of the thermal conductivity of their "environment", and that is why whenever thermal conductivity increases, they cool down and become less active. Thanks to its mechanism WN simultaneously inhibits viruses and raises efficiency of the immune system. |

Taleon Plus Support to the Project

When Mr. Mark Klabin learnt about the new preparation developed in Russia, he became very interested in the project. Mr. Klabin recognized it's high potential and founded new company Taleon Plus to support the project. Taleon Plus provides and will provide financial support to this project, up to the final testing of the preparation and beginning of it's manufacturing. This gave the developers of the project an opportunity to perform tests of the preparation in appropriate conditions, fully corresponding to their requirements. In addition, Rosh Petersburg provides legal support for the project and works in the "on line" regime. |

Medical Experiments and Results

WN was tested on different biological objects, ranging from single-cell organisms (yeast test systems) to humans, including the entire standard set applied in biology and medicine. Scientific research has been conducted for several years to demonstrate the range of possibilities offered by WN. Thanks to some specificities of WN, all the stages of the research, from the first one to the last, form a streamlined and logical system. The success of the experiment in Cote d'Ivoire is explained by WN's mechanism of action. WN makes the interaction between antibodies and antigens considerably more active. WN increases the effect of conventional medical preparations, including antibiotic, and deactivates various viruses. Before the experiment in Africa the Russian scientists had only WN with a well-studied mechanism of action, but after the experiment they got the practical experience of successfully treating AIDS. The obtained results made possible to believe that AIDS is a disease that can be cured. The results of this work were presented at a congress held in Banff, Canada, in 1994. |

Current Operations

Thanks to the financial support of the Taleon Plus, WN is going now through the final tests in Germany in order to make it completely ready to be used for the treatment of people. This requires a lot of time, and has to be carried out at several various stages. The purpose of the scientists is to create a preparation that will bring a real advantage to people, as it intended for treatment of such serious diseases, as cancer and AIDS. |
